Refund policy
At Warner Safari, we want to make certain that our customers are happy with their gear. Exchanges are always free, including free shipping. For returns for a full refund, we charge a flat $5.00 handling fee. Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange of equal value.

We stand by the quality of our products! If anything happens within 90 days—even after it's been washed—we'll replace it, no questions asked.
Exchange Process
We offer free shipping both ways for exchanges. We make it easier than ever to exchange a size. Once you initiate an exchange, we'll send you the new item with a prepaid mailer inside the package. Once you receive the new item, you'll toss your original item into the prepaid mailer and into your mailbox. You don't even need to wait for us to receive your return to get the new item. It's that easy!
Refunds
We charge a $5.00 handling fee on returns for a full refund. Please note: initial shipping costs are not refunded, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label at time of initial order shipment. Even exchanges are considered a size exchange for the same product. Same-price products do not qualify as an even exchange, and a difference in price may occur when attempting to swap for a different item.
Return Window
We know sometimes we can all be forgetful when it comes to returning items, so we try to be as lenient as possible with extending the return window for our customers. Please note, we do not offer a full refund beyond the 90 day window, and orders can only be exchanged for another size, style, or store credit beyond the 90 day window.
