At Warner Safari, we want you to love your gear. If it’s not quite right, exchanges are always free with shipping on us. If you’d rather return it, we only charge a $5 handling fee. You’ll have 90 days from when your order arrives to send it back for a refund or an exchange.

Exchange Process
We offer instant exchanges to make finding your perfect fit simple. As soon as you start an exchange, we’ll ship your new size right away—no need to wait for us to receive your return first. You’ll have 30 days to send back the original item, giving you time to try both sizes at once and keep the one that fits best. It’s that easy.
Refunds
For returns, we charge a small $5 handling fee. Shipping from your original order isn’t refunded, since those funds are used to cover the label at the time of shipment. Exchanges are always welcome for the same product in a different size. If you’d like a different style or product instead, there may be a small price difference at checkout.
Return Window
We understand it’s easy to forget about sending items back, so we do our best to be flexible. While full refunds are only available within 90 days, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another size, style, or store credit if you reach out after that window.
